New Youth Protection Act from 01.04.2016
As of April 1, 2016, the new Youth Protection Act will come into force in Germany, prohibiting the purchase of e-cigarettes, shisha pipes and liquids by persons under 18 years of age, both in retail stores and online.
Age verification at RandM-Evape
To ensure that no minors can place orders, we carry out an automatic age check at RandM-Evape. This takes place in the background by querying the address and birth details via Schufa. This check does not affect your credit rating or your Schufa data and is used solely to check that the data matches.
Enter date of birth in customer account
Before completing an order, we recommend that you enter your date of birth in your customer account to avoid error messages during age verification.
Incorrect age verification and manual activation
If the age verification fails, you have the option of uploading your ID card to manually activate your account. This will allow you to continue placing your order.
Delivery and age verification upon delivery
An age check will also be carried out upon delivery to ensure that no minor receives the package. Please ensure that an adult can receive the package.
Continued use of a guest account possible
You can still use a guest account, but keep in mind that age verification is required for each purchase. For a smooth process, we recommend creating a customer account.
