Processing and shipping your order
All orders placed before 2 p.m. will be handed over to the shipping service provider DHL on the same day. This means that we will process your order on the same day. Your package will normally reach you within 2-3 working days after dispatch. However, in some cases your package may arrive within 1-2 days after dispatch.
Please note that we cannot ship orders on weekends as DHL does not work on weekends.
We ship our goods exclusively within Germany.
Cancellation and modification of orders
You have the option to cancel your order or change the delivery address as long as the product has not yet been dispatched. However, once the product is on its way, unfortunately we are no longer able to make any changes.
